I wish to commend Northeast Battery for its service and distribution of the best battery (Odyssey 65-PC1750) ever created for emergency services in the industry.  Thanks to Odyssey and Northeast Battery, a catastrophic ambulance failure was averted during a 911 emergency response call when the vehicle was shut down in sub-zero weather, with all electrical systems (cab heater, patient compartment heating furnace, refrigeration units, lights, etc.) left on and fully operational.  When the paramedics returned to the vehicle, the ambulance started, thanks to the Odyssey batteries.  We will use only this battery in our vehicles.

I picked up my order for Trojan T-105-RE batteries this morning at your Auburn, MA facility.  Everyone there was very courteous, professional and eager to help.  Thanks for a pleasant experience!
